Customized your plan with Shawn!  Each custom fitness plan includes: 

Initial Consultation:  An initial conversation to help define your fitness goals and begin to develop a plan customized to you.  Includes a discussion of time available to achieve your goals, equipment and gym environment available to you, current or prior injuries, event goals, and health history. Body fat measurements are included for local clients.

Custom Program:  Based on your initial consultation, Shawn will develop a fitness program for up to 5 days per week tailored to your goals, abilities, and workout environment.

Check-In Day:  1-time per week check in via phone, FaceTime, Skype, or text/email (your preference).

Video Feedback:  Record yourself & text/email to Shawn for form feedback and tips during weekly Check-In Day.
