Rock Your Body! is a 12-week program for men or women.  Rock Your Body! is a program with specific workouts for 5 days per week, broken down into three 4-week cycles.  Cycle 1 lays a strong foundation.  Cycle 2 builds on the foundation and introduces high intensity interval training (HIIT).  Cycle 3 is the pinnacle of the program to sculpt your body to an amazing level of fitness!  Every workout has cues and tips from Shawn. 

Rock Your Body! Beginner is an entry level program.  If you've been out of the gym for awhile, or new to working out, start here.

Rock Your Body! Intermediate amps up the intesity beyond the Beginner program.  If you work out regularly now and are looking to really increase your fitness level, this is the place to start!

Rock Your Body! Advanced is just as it sounds...for the advanced athlete.  This is an INTENSE program that will challenge you like never before!
